The TEC21 Workshop Program connects and equips Lutheran teachers to inspire student learning in Technology Enriched Classrooms (TEC)! Established in 2009 and headquartered on-campus at Concordia University, Nebraska, TEC21 supports Lutheran education throughout the LCMS. The TEC21 community has grown to include hundreds of teachers impacting tens of thousands of motivated students. During TEC21 workshops, Lutheran educators grow professionally in a fun, safe environment. They are challenged by TEC21 facilitators to examine, question, evaluate, and understand technology alongside a vibrant group of peers and develop practical applications for the classroom.

TEC21’s Elements of Effective Professional Development:

  • Incorporates active learning

  • Supports collaboration

  • Uses models of effective practice

  • Provides coaching and expert support

  • Offers feedback and reflection

  • Is of sustained duration

Enrollment for Season 17 of TEC21 beginning September 2025 is open! Connected educators today have literally a world of resources at their fingertips, and in the cohorts we are forming now for a start date of September 2025, there will be limitless opportunities to learn new instructional strategies, share best practices and collaborate. Plan to register NOW for as many seats as desired (click here to register)! To delay registration is to risk not getting a seat in your desired cohort! Online registration ends on March 31, 2025, with the cohorts meeting for the first time in September 2025.
